One of the renowned manufacturers of antivirus, Avast, just reported the emergence of a new virus that attacks the Android operating system. Unfortunately, when the virus was revealed, millions of smartphones has become a victim. As reported AndroidPIT (05/02), the virus this week began to infiltrate the virus in the Google Play Store and can not be detected earlier.

One of the applications affected by the virus attack is the famous card game 'Durak'. As a result of installing the game, is believed to have more than 5-10 million Android devices infected before removing Durak from Google Play Store.

Virus attack mode was also very neat. Initially, the game Durak will send a message that states if your smartphone has been infected with a virus and asking permission to download a specific application to remove it. However, it turns out the downloaded application was actually a virus itself.

Although the application of game Durak was actually harmless, but the download of virus claimed to steal the data on the smartphone and send premium SMS unwitting user.

According to Avast, although Durak was deleted by Google, there are other applications that were suspected to contain a similar virus.

Therefore, users are advised to be aware when there are suspicious applications ads or messages to download certain software shortly after installing an application. It could be that you are a victim of the virus further
