Apple CarPlay Turn Cars Using Wireless - Apple is said to have filed a patent for CarPlay that could allow the iPhone to operate the wireless features of the car. For example, to lock or unlock the doors and start the engine.

Reported by Auto Express, CarPlay will use some sort of Bluetooth and GPS networks to be connected to the iPhone. Simply put, if included in the range, the iPhone can run certain features.

However, because new patents filed, it is likely there will CarPlay in cars sold will still be long. It also seems there will be new cars coming later in the premium segment.

CarPlay itself is already launched in March this year. Apple works with several car manufacturers to be able to apply CarPlay in some of its products,

Brands that have formed a partnership with Apple, among others, Hyundai, Mercedes-Benz, Honda, Volvo, Ferrari, Ford, Peugeot and Land Rover. About 24 states ready to put the car manufacturer in its product CarPlay.
